Welcome to Schoolwala. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our school ERP portals, mobile applications, and student information systems.
By registering your educational institution or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please review them thoroughly before initiating subscriptions.
Schools must register with valid credentials. Each school instance runs on a fully isolated multi-tenant architecture with separate databases. Schools are solely responsible for all administrative actions, student profile creations, and securing user logins.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our ERP software. You agree not to reverse engineer the code, co-mingle database queries, distribute unauthorized assets, or bypass our Razorpay automated invoicing systems.
Our ERP requires subscription billing. We offer Monthly and Annual flat-rate subscriptions with transparent rates. All fee collection and settlements flow directly through the school's linked Razorpay account — Schoolwala never holds or processes your funds directly.
We commit to a 99.9% uptime target for school portals. We represent that in the event of downtime, backups are quickly spun up in a secondary AWS cloud cluster. Schoolwala shall not be liable for Razorpay gateway outages or third-party bank settlement delays.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon account closure, all data is eligible for immediate backup export. Within 30 days of cancellation, all production tenant schemas, files, and backups are permanently purged from our AWS nodes.
